Hi! I've been using Paint.NET for years now and just love it! There is just one thing left to make it perfect to me: a blur tool. You know, the tool that blurs a limited part around the mouse... I am myself familiar to .NET development (specially ASP/Web Apps) but not to image manipulation. I could help if anyone has already begun such a project...
