I actually got it working by installing MORE effects. But thanks for the help. Your plugins have all helped me out a lot in the development of my mod, so thanks a lot for making them.

It's not showing up in the menu.

There are no errors.

I've tried everything to get Smudge to work. It's the only one I really need and it's also the only one that doesn't work. I'm even running a clean install of Paint.NET. It makes no sense for it to not work.

Turns out a plugin was broken in the update (DAMN IT! VTF PLUGIN WAS USEFUL!) and it somehow corrupted another file. I fixed it by just installing it on my laptop and then moving it to my desktop via flash drive. But I would still like the VTF plugin to work again. >

I would appreciate it if someone actually helped.

The recent update for Paint.NET corrupted my copy for some reason. I had to reinstall it, but half way through the installation, it gave me an error and it's impossible for me to get Paint.NET again. I really want a fix because this is the best picture editing software I could find and I would really like to have it again. Proof:
