I have Net thing, and it's SP2, and up-to-date.

I read through that, and it's after a very long time of it doing "Paint.NET is being installed". The bar gets 9/10 full then goes backwards. Then after it being empty a while, the fatal error occurs.

My operating system is Windows Vista, and whenever I try to install version 3.5 I get a fatal error, I could use earlier versions of PDN.
