I am wanting to create a simple monogrammed logo to superimpose over photos that I have taken. I am very new to paint.net and I have learned to use photo-editing plug-ins but still am having problems finding a proper plug-in for my needs. If anybody can direct me to the best plug-in that would be fantastic..... Thanks Gmomgiguere

I am new to this software and I want to center the focus in a photo by smudging the background people and walls. If anyone can help me I would love it.. Gmom
