    The first one did not work. After I deleted the entry it came back again. The second link didn't work because I can't install the utility because an installation is already in process. Any other ideas?
  2. schwechel
    Whenever I try to install the program I get error 1618 that another install is already in progress. I have completely shut down and restarted my computer and it still happens. Any advice?
