thanks Curmudgeon that works almost exactly what i wanted. I'm going to try a few other effects with it. But if i can't get any better then this will work just fine

I have a small art project I'm doing right now, not for school, just because I'm bored. But i have a picture and i want to change it to black/white/gray. But i also need the picture to break up into those colors with as big of sections as possible but still make it look like the original picture. I'm not sure if that makes much sense, but if anyone could help it would be much appreciated
