each time i try to copy or move a plug in to my effects file,it says that its moving or copying. but it doesn't do it(the window just sits there with the green light going across but it stays on 0%). i have even tired saving it on my desk top. i am using a vista and it ask for permission, but i always click yes. i have tried disabling my fire wall but no luck. i let the moving or copy window sit there for like a couple of hours but its doesnt move or copy it to my effects file.
