the letters are made from brushes, but most letters are made of 3 brushes to get the letter right, to give them a glow i followed a tutorial.

Just yesterday i had a similar problem, all my selection tools stopped working except the magic wand. But then after switching between 2 images they worked again, still don't know what caused it though.

Well the planets explosion isn't too original there is a tut on how to make similar exploding planets, i just changed a few colours and put my little sisters name in it. Oh, and, thanks!

Unfortunatly the smoke is not 100% PDN but still rendered in PDN i used brushes. And coloured it(to make it not white, grey or black) and then used the conditional hue/saturation on it. EDIT: Also to give it a glow i first(before colouring) duplicated the layer and used feather on true mode on it and then coloured the lower smoke layer. I learned it from a tutorial. UPDATE: Feedback please, also say what is wrong... EDIT: That choppy effect on the star is partially caused by feather, quite weird... EDIT2: And because of the black background you are unable to see the outline around the star.

I love that flame! you should really write a tutorial on that!

Updated it again, if you want to see the new star version check the Stars theme. And feedback please, on the new star and on the image at the top.
