When your making pixel art with paint.net, do you use the line tool? because it's hard to make isometric lines.. and the nubs can get annoying. help?

Pixel Art is not always Isometric. Isometric is the most popular form of pixel art, but pixel is art is also making sprites for games (the old games), etc. It's just using pixels to create art.

That's what I did... Here's my new results! And tried to add "real" eyes.

thanks sarkut. i finally got it... But i'm not that satisfied with the shape.. and the part near the eyes arent smudged enough

does anyone know how to make the fur cover the eyes a bit? doesn't look like Marken is going here anymore.

Just something I made a long time ago.. remember that pixel art is not always Isometric! The rest of my better pixel art are in the other laptop so... i'll post them later. Edit: Here's the tutorial I made based on the above pic. that was the time i used microsoft paint.

The planet wallpapers are great, but the first planets textures are going in one direction, so the planet looks flat. (if you get what I mean)

I have made much pixel art before, and i'm probably advanced... but I don't think we need a subforum just for pixel art, like what david said.

Wow! awesome tutorial. How did you make the eyes get partly covered by the fur? i've tried many times but it looked really weird.

Its kinda unorganized and the text it hard to read, but its good for your first week .
