Could someone please help. I have opened a pdf file into paintnet. I want to elongate a rectangle to a certain dimension. Current dimension of rectangle is 1.2 cm. When I print this out, it measures exactly to the right dimensions (1.2 cm.) Problem now is... when I use the unit measurement scale (in cm.) it shows the object at 1.5 cm. If I now select and drag the rectangle to the dimensions I want (6 cm.) I come out short in length (4.7 cm). Any suggestions why I am having difficulty with the unit scale being out? Hope this question is detailed enough to understand. Thanks for anyone who will take the time to help me out.
