  1. mkultra: From what you've posted, the seams aren't a problem, only the sameness of the texture. Two possibilities to vary the bark texture pattern are the Power Stretch plugin and the Twist effect used at very low power.

  6. Well done, angel_sara533. I especially like Suspended Land, Electricity, Orb and Blue Cardinal (the eye is really nice).

  16. Dianna: Depending on how badly washed out the image is, you might try Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast and/or Adjustments > Curves. The mentioned Shadow/Highlight Recovery plugin also is a good option.

  22. Once you determine how to make it work, Paint.Net Plugin Manager X is a convenient tool.
  23. PrairieGirl95: Editing this will fill in the side areas. You need to run a picture from side to side behind the middle part of the page. A standard 800X600 pixel image seems to work well. Just be sure no imagery is cut off by the mid-portion of the page. The templates on this blog site don't really match the description on the site linked to in your first post.
  24. PrairieGirl95: Are you trying to make a background for a web blog, as shown in your link, or is the image for something else? At what point are things going wrong? Could you post screenshots of your failed attempts, and point out what you don't like and how you would prefer the image to look? Need more info.
