You have done a brilliant job. The shapes are fantastic. Lovely background to show it off against too.

The cat with the neon edges is super!
I could sit & watch the Newton's cradle forever.
Love the new sig & new name. Suits you very well. You certainly have beautiful gallery. Always a pleasure to stop by & view it all again.

Love the new bottle! I'd love the whole collection on my duchess. Fabulous work, Pixey!

Thank you Lynxster for your encouraging comments.
Pixey for me it is a triple joy Growing the plants, being able to take a decent photograph & then manipulate them. I remember the photos of you garden over the sea I will look st Imgur again. It is ridiculous the number of time I have to try to get the site to load. Even more annoying is that I paid good money for it.
Thanks DG1 - Heavy use of Laplacian Pyramid filter is the main plugin & the only one I can remember using. The real flowers (well it's the leaves really) are thin & delicate

It has been my understanding from past comps from eons ago, that if you have taken the photo or created an element (say one of Pixey's delightful kitties or the eye that I often use) there is no need to post links for those. However, if you use an image sourced elsewhere such as the internet, you must provide links. Having said that, there are time when we have an image but no longer have the source.
May we please get some clarification on this?

You have some great effects going on here. What a great start to your gallery!

Thank you Lynxster for you encouraging comments. The centre parts of the flowers is just how the little cactus blooms are. I thought they would only flower overnight like so many but they are still there in all their perfect tiny glory a week later. They are about the size of a small grape

Well, you have not lost your touch Dryda! It is very pretty but it has a wonderful feel to it & that tiny planet up near the top is just so mesmerising. For me, that is what draws me in. The way you have done the gas rings is also very good. Top job!

Revision looks fabbo! Your stained glass work is just lovely.

The glass looks fabulous. If you have the lead outline on a separate layer, try running a Drop Shadow on it. & have that layer on top of the glass. Bit will give it that bit more 3D. PeterPawn (inactive for many years now) gave me that advice for mine & also for the jewels I used to make.
The glass is such a lovely texture & the colours are perfect. It would be lovely to hang in a window. Well done!

Thank you Disgruntled1. They are young adults. They make it worth getting up & going to work most days
Lynxster, thank you so much for your kind words.
Yes, they tried to get the closest to purple
Newest one is a manip of one of the photos I took this morning. The image is of a Rhipsalis Pilocarpa. I really don't know the names of so many of my plants but I am learning

Thank you Lynxster, JulioCoolio (nice to see you drop in too) & Doughty. Trippy new sig Doughty! Love it!
Disgruntled1, yes, I do love the font & have it installed Thank you.
Work is madder than ever. On a particularly horribly stressful day, a couple of my students went out & bought me flowers & chocolates. They had to walk quite a way too. I took some photos & then manipulated them into wallpapers. Days like These was overlaid on Chad's concrete tute & To Miss with Love used Lameography. Both used Laplacian Pyramid Filter.

If you think it is so easy to program, write it yourself with all the features you want.
It really is simple. You said so.
Then provide the program for free so that people can tell you how easy it is to write into it the long list of "I wants" then add insult to injury by saying you'd get more donations if you did this. Keep writing features someone wants.
Put you entire life into keeping users happy while others then complain how great the FREE program was before you messed with it, introducing features at that were quite literally at you fingertips.
So far we have not seen any work from either of you. Have a look at some of the wonderful awe-inspiring galleries. Or short cut to the Galleria. All done with the clockless watch.

Oh Limon, some nice images here! Those gossamer wings on the dragonfly & the jewel on the tail are so gorgeous. Very nice interpretations of others' works with photofrags (love that expression). Amazing works you have here.
