I already told her to increase your quality to 100% on .jpg or select 64-bit or auto detect on .png. but its still a problem.

My friend is having problem with her images on Paint.net. Everytime she uploads an image, it turns pixely instead of clear and smooth. I can't figure out why. Can anyone help?
