I have 72 plugins which takes up a place of 2,0 MB total.
1 GB RAM should be fine for running Paint.NET(I think, haven't tried)
(PS. RAM = Random Access Memory, working memory. It's NOT the same type of memory as a harddrive. DS.)

With it comes the must to design rides. The snapshot-images of the ride are stored in a wierd format called .TP4 (254x200 px).
So I decided to create a Paint.NET Plug-in to make it easier.
At first, I created it for myself but then I came up with the idea of sharing it
