PURPLEY There's my shot at it, thought it could use use a bit more shine Nice and simple tut, uses some of the most basic effects.

There's mine. I had another part to add but I didn't feel like finishing it because I was so tired. I really didn't follow along with the tutorial much, I just looked at the images and guessed what to do. Anyway nice tutorial, it was worth the 25 minutes of confusion! Note: I think I kept the image up too high on the canvas... :?

I'd suggest feathering the edges to get a bit of anti-aliasing

Look in your download sections for the original .exe file. Then try installing it from there. Either that or try to to delete the entire Paint.net folder from Program Files if you still have it.
