Can't Install or Uninstal paint.net

Yay!! Thanks a bunch, I removed pdn and then installed and now it works again -
Whenever I try to Install or Uninstall I get this error message I also tried to create MSI and I get this error message Paint.net got deleted accidentally while I was cleaning up, help is greatly appreciated, and I apologize if this has already been posted Hope you can help
