  2. If there isnt a plugin a tutorial is good enough, we dont need plugins for everything we do. That would ruin the creativity of it. Dont be lazy.

  10. I made one, you can see it in my gallery. Mini-tutorial. Make a ellipse selection, wherever you want to, but make sure you hold down shift. Use outline selection, search it, you'll find it, its a plugin. With white/grey at about 10 or 7. Guassian blur the selection, make sure its still selected. Deselect, Ctrl-D, then use feather, or an other guassian blur at 1 or 2 px. Adjust layer opacity. Add new layer, repeat, with different size, different transparency, and different blurs. You'll work something out Honestly, the lensflare wont do nearly as good as this.
  11. I think there should be a lasso tool, but you use a line instead of free drawing.
  12. Two new things: "Melting Icecap" If anyone was wondering why there is black water, there was an oil spill. "Plaid Pantry"
  13. Its the simplest techniques, like this that help with image editing. Great job! EDIT: Although, you could post the exact colors and alpha values you used, because Im really confused, I dont get a result nearly as good as yours.
  14. Think it would be okay if I translated that ice tutorial to text? And linked them and told them that was the original, but I take no credit, im only translating it to text.

  17. Okay, Im planning on writing a plugin in VBS for paint.net, It will autosave, and wont appear in the effects menu. Question is, how would I make it not appear in any of the menus? I assume that template for the VBS plugins wont work, because it probably will place it in the effects submenu. Can I just make the program, then make it a .dll and place it in the folder? Also, is there any special code I need to add at the beginning of the program to make it work in paint.net
  18. Also, jpeg doesnt support transparency, so you might wanna try pngs. Or am I missing the point?
