Hi,
I am not an artist/designer/etc... I use paint.net to build very basic html and css test images. Please excuse the noob questions. While I am open to suggestions...fancy advise is probably wasted on me. Ok...on to my problem :
I often find that I need to create images with odd dimensions (eg 900x50) for a title bar...etc... Often I need to zoom in quite close, and work on the left/right edges of the image(pixel by pixel)...however...when I do this...the edges seem to get "stuck" to the left/right edge of the screen... I can't scroll further along (past the edge of the image)... and bring the edges into the centre(for easy editing)..
Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
