Hmm well it is very nice first off. I would change the text a little, either move it a smidge right or use a different font. The outside of the top planet looks a little pixalated, nothing big but an easy fix I like where the top planet/object hits the bottom one but imo I would make it more of a splash or more things shooting out. Overall, its awesome and I like it. Seriously dude, all these topics do is piss of the Mods and creators. They are constantly working on it and some1 who has no programming background or any idea if things are even possible come in and say "do this this and this, and get to it." That would piss me off pretty bad, try to think of yourselve in there shoes. They are making an image editing program, they probably have a good idea of what needs to be in it. Think before hitting submit.

Do you put the folders in there or the .dll files in the effects folder? and this will probably be moved by a mod.

use this search: http://www.getpaint.net/search.html try typing in a couple keywords from your plblem. I know there is also a paint.net fixer that is for troubleshooting and such you could run. Sorry Im not too much help >.<

Its fine try duplicate layer and on that layer go to blur-> Fragment. Then change the angle to 0degrees or 180degrees (horizontal)or whatever the angle of the landscape is. Clouds is very overused, unless you do something to it. Its pretty simple. I also selected some minor parts and sharpened. Need any ideas or help Just message me or post here Edit: after fragmenting change the layer blending and/or apacincy. Try em all
