i have only 73 plugins and my pdn laggs at startup

i know that i shouldn ask for a plugin but i searched it and couldnt find i search a plugin whitch create stones looking like diamonds i thing its called gems or something

it should be "outlined" the glow should be outside

somehow my feather plugin do stupid things someone know how to change it or is there any way to do something like feather?? (sry for my eng. im ger)
