Anyone willing to work with me to make a nice layout for my bands myspace? I have no money to pay as my gratitude is all i can offer. I'm looking for someone that can make nice, high quality , colorful pictures for a layout. also any myspace coding knowledge is a plus!

There's this Picture i need to have set to 256 color bmp. But i want to do this without loosing quality. How do i do this? I have CodeLab so i can use codes. I'm willing to install anything if necessary. It Tells me to do this: So make a 16x12 pixel image in photoshop/fireworks/paint. If you can't find how to convert your image into bmp 256, save that images as a jpg/jpeg, and open it with paint. Once opened... go to File > Save As... You will see inside Save as Type: 256 Color Bitmap (*.bmp; *.dib) However the original picture looses quality or changes to some odd colors. This is the picture that needs to be changed: P.S: It is required for the picture to be 256 format to be able to be used.
