i downloaded paint.net and when i was trying to install it i got to the page where it asks to quick install or custom, trying either one i get the error message " error opening installation log file. Verify tht the specified log file location exists and that you can write to it."
so i uninstalled the microsoft.net program, now when i tried to reinstall Paint.NET my computer keeps tryinng to to open another window but the window keeps closing, opening and closing until i just have to restart the system all together.
i am using windows vista
plz help!!
