Im trying to make a new wallpaper and i cannot for the life of me understand how to resize an image. My screen is 1680x1050 so i set that as the canvas size. However when i import an image and try to resize it the canvas resizes as well. Is there anyway to resize the image and then i can place it where i want onto the canvas?
