I downloaded the the file and it is the only plugin that wont show on my PDN.

Ever plugin I download for PDN works. But when I downloaded zoom blur deluxe, it does not show up in PDN.

Winrar is not free. I have 9 days left. How can I get it for free or any other programs like it?

Nope. I downloaded the the file you told me but it still wont show on PDN. Every other file I downloaded shows up fine. But this one wont show up for me. There is no tool in PDN.

Yes, nothing. I even used another program besides winrar. All other tools work fine for me, but not this one.

I can't get it to work at all. When I downloaded it and put it in effects, it wont show up in PDN. It is either the source of the DLL file that loads with nothing in it.

I see there are extra plugins to go with paint.net to install? I am looking for a list of all of these plugins? How many are there? I would like a full list please.
