I backed up some png TV Logo files from a computer that had XP Pro knowing that I was going to add them to a new computer with Vista Ultimate. I cannot see the files when trying to access through Paint.Net but can see them in Vista Windows Explorer but have to use the Compatabiity option. Is there a way to convert these files so that I can access through Paint.Net

I am trying to make a TV Logo. I have the TV Logo.png and a Lens.png. I am trying to place the lens over the TV Logo. I can load each into Paint.net but I cannot overlay the lens onto the logo. Can anyone talk my through the process. I am extremely new with Paint.net. Thanks
