Here is a tutorial on how to make a frosted radial burn. no plug-ins required Okay so here is your signature so far, not to flash. First make a few sqiggles on the page with a dark colour and a size 2 paint brush. Then go to Effects > Distort > Frosted Glass > Maximum Scatter Radius > Set Radius To 8 Next go to Effects > Blurs > Radial Blurs Then Just Fiddle Around With the Angle and Centre. Here Is The Settings I Used http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/6577/easycapture2ly1.png Repeat this a few times with dfferent colours in different areas but avoid putting it over the face.
