  1. and that tickmark is named "enhance mouse acceleration" in german. Also, I don't want to enhance the mouse options. I want to enhance the tolerance setting. I understand making mouse options more accurate is related, but not entirely on-point, so to say.
  2. the only thing i have there is something about acceleration under the movement box.
  3. Thanks, but exactly that is too inaccurate for some of my needs.
  4. I want to merge two images so it appears like one is the reflection of yourself looking at the image that is behind glass. I tried arrays of distortions (to simulate a curved glass screen), varrying amounts of transparency and blending modes, but it just doesn't come out right! What can I do?
  5. I want to finetune tolerances so I can in example change from 68% (not enough coverage) to 69% (about perfect), but instead it jumps to 70% or 71% (waaaay too much selected). Is it possible to write a plugin to * Mousewheel it (pointer over tolerance bar, scroll wheel, tolerance changes) or even * press context button (mouse button 2) and spawn a dedicated input box to "hand it in"?
  6. Thanks, I knew about that and was wondering if there could be an automation, hiding similarities or blocking the select function from 'grabbing' them.
  7. I would like to have a function so I can -at least- select the differences that sets picture a apart from picture b. Is there a plugin for that or is it even build in p.n?
  8. Alas, there was a supermarket sale here that had a pretty good tablet. i got one myself and was pretty speechless when i realized it wasnt working in pdn. jumped on here, made a thread, got it deleted because i didnt check. many people will want to have this. its quite important i think. but arguing you want it back doesnt help it or the devs at all.
  9. Yes. whatever i do, this is what i get. and the outputfile was redicolously large as well, each jpg frame is between 50kb and 60kb, but the finished product exceeds 500kb. that might be the cause of paint.net's png handler, but in these cases, every bit of information helps.
  10. the weird thing is: the jpg works! at least my firefox identifies it as png graphic, probably due to it's png header. anyway, to avoid causing an apileptic seizure i set the display time to 3000 ms (3 seconds) for all frames. by no means is this the finished file, i need to resize it and add some more frames as well.
  11. frame 1 http://oi52.tinypic.com/6tcpb9.jpg frame 2 http://oi54.tinypic.com/2dwgqvk.jpg animation http://oi52.tinypic.com/21180gx.jpg I know it's jpg, but thats the fault of tinypic, not mine.
  12. Yes. It's a two frame 522kb [a]png, the input images are not bigger than 56kb. firefox refuses to render it with both .apng and .png extension because it has errors.
  13. I don't know what it is, but I can't save agif nor apng files. I just get ERROR as output size and there is no preview in the save window whatsoever. Of course, the file is unusable. Requesting a display delay on a per-frame basis, maybe have the dragbar in the save dialog as basic delay between frames and use the layername of the image as adjustment (+10 for 10msec longer display, -10 for 10msec shorter display before going to the next frame), too. I know you are not responsible for pdn's png handler, but I think it'd be nice if you could incorporate some sort of optimization in the apng handler, or a function that removes similarities to the background / last frame and saves only the differences. Yes, pretty much like avi works (as far as I know).
  14. Yeah, thats ok. But not good. You still see its a maze. But I honor the work you must have put into it. Does someone here remember the plumber type games where you have to fix pipes before a liquid starts flowing? I guess thats the best way to describe it. some more samples of what I mean (I originally posted that Iron Man pic in the opening, but it seems the Link has been overlooked).
  15. No. A plain old jpg or something.
  16. Thanks, but I meant sarkut and yellowman in the first place. Well, I'd like to create 'simple', two dimensional fields where circuitry is growing like the pipes in Windows' screensaver. The problem is that it's tedious work and if this design is made from hand it's probably ugly and not really random, instead repeats itself quite often (I know that circuitry is never really random, but thats not the point here as this wiring would never be put to use anyway). What I would require would be a modification of the random maze code meantioned above so its not using mere lines but multiple prefabs that are randomly feed to the renderer which in turn is able to detect the stop points from prior prefabs and continue from them. I hope you can follow me here?
  17. can you give me some examples? i downloaded it and played around for a while, but i dont get satisfying results.
  18. I allways wanted to have a desktop background that reflected my love for electric tools & toys. What would be better than something that looks like it's a circuit board or a magnification of a microchip's switches? An image from Iron Man II to describe what I mean. I'm looking for a plugin that helps me to create or is even able to create these "random tracers" all alone for me. Thank you.
  19. I believe he's argueing about the commands and the interface. Hint: use alt to access menus.
  20. I know, but its rather fiddly if you want to put a background behind an image, and quite exhausting. but who am i telling that.
  21. The selectionmover is actualy the worst thing to do it with. I want to be able to enter a width or new size for that. Also, I have seen that Tutorial. It's just not what I'm looking for. More like this *L is required.
  22. #1 is there a plugin that can increase / decrease the size of the current selection? i.e. i have the line around a square selected and widen that, selecting a bit of the inside of that square and increasing the selection on the outside. I found a feather plugin, but it rather seems like a blur tool. #2 I'm looking for a way to make creeping rust from screws or plates screwed to a wall.
  23. Used Programmerman's Plugin, and that helped somewhat. It's a bit rough, and I don't know if it works in the Tool I require it for, but I will post results. Tomorrow, as I'm late for Nightshift now.
