I deleted everything from the Paint.Net/Effects folder and reinstalled the Paint.Net Magalo Effects Plug In pack from I specifically want the Smudge effect but still get the following errors (I think still pretty much the same): Is there a more up to date place to acquire the software? I am running version 3.36.3158.38068 I cannot seem to get the "Colors Window" to appear either by using the menu or hitting the F8 button? What am I doing wrong?
