I know this is probably somewhere else in the forum, and I;m probably just missing it, but I'm DESPERATE!!! I'm looking for a way to make a starburst/sunburst type thing in the background of a picture. Like this: (Not my picture, I found it on here.) Like I said, I know it probably on here, but I cannot find it anywhere, and I need this for a project. I don't care if you have to delete this, I just need an answer please!!
