skin color is white with a little red but not as white as a shirt there is some but very little color

Thanks, I tryed that and the faces are still very washed out, white looking. the clothes have nice color and so does everything else. Just the faces are washed out.

How do you fix washed out skin tones? My flash washed out the faces on my pictures and I would like to fix the skin tone.
