i tried to find the plugin, could ytou possibly give me a link? and when i try to move layers it doesnt let me >.< and its a compatibility pack for paint so i can open things from photoshop in paint.

hai, im trying to open photoshop files in my new piant.net program i was wondering if there was a compatibility pack like there is for microsoft? i did use the search btton so if theres another topic out there like this i apologize. P.s i was also wondering why you cant move layers around, i found that quite frustrating.
