    Thx. you are right. I've installed the WIA driver now and it is working. But I will switch back to the "old" TWAIN drivers because they are much more advanced.

    I've installed Paint.Net v3.36 on Vista x64 with SP1. I've installed the drivers for my Cannon LiDE 25 scanner and it shows up in the control panel. When I try to scan, the "acquire" menu is gray and I cannot scan. I always scan with OpenOffice Draw and paste the image to Paint.Net. But I would like to scan directly in Paint.Net. What can I do?
