Hello. I would like to know if it's possible to reduce a complex image to a certain fixed palette of colors. There's this online basketball game where I can draw my team jerseys, but with a limited 48 color palette. So it would be great to google some cool jersey image and than automatically transform it into something I could draw in the game with the available 48 colors. Sorry, english is not my main language, I hope you understand my question.
