How can i make my whole picture black and white, but keep one object or person in colour? I figured out how to get it black and white, but i want one part to stand out in colour. Heellpp Thanks.

I saw some pictures that were edited from this program, and they changed the eye colours, either swaping them with someone else inthe picture, or turning them red, or blue. Does anyone know how to do this? Thhaaankss.
