I lied...I didnt see the part about putting it in there.

I figured it out but no one told me that I was supposed to put them in the effects folder.

I did all of that stuff. but noone instructed to put them in the effects folder. Just to put them in the program folder...I've got it now.

They don't come up.

Why am I not finding any of the things I'm installing in when I open the program now?

tell me why I cant find any of the plug ins in my paint.net... I've installed them and everything.
