    I have already done that. It has always been set to manual.

    When ever I try to install Paint.net v3.36 It says this: An error occurred during the insallation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.OpenMP.version="9.0.30729.1".publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b".processorArchitecture="amd64".type="win32"". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. This really makes me frustrated! I have done all that is recomended but nothing helps! Could someone please help and quick!
