How do I add depth to human figures?
yellowman replied to BODA's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
I think Barbie is referring to this tutorial, I am also suggesting the same thing, And this Aislin's Gallery, it is a good idea to visit her gallery as barbie said -
Hi Daniel, and welcome to Paint.NET forum. Use Radius Fill Corners plugin by dan9298 to get Rounded corners, but don't forget to save your final work as PNG ( gives best quality) or GIF ( gives less quality) file type, JPEG doesn't support transparency, it will replace all transparent pixels to white after saving. Hope this helps.

How to make an LED in Paint.NET
yellowman replied to ZK57's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Not sure what is your question about, do mean something like this: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/17885-create-fast-antialiased-glass-buttons/ -
Sure: (x*1/2*y)*sin(x+x*y)*(x) tan(x)+tan(y) 3*cos(x)*20*sin(y) 2*cos(x)*20*sin(y) 5*cos(20*x)*5*sin(20*y) 2*cos(20*x)*2*sin(20*y)*2*tan(20*y) I will add them later in the first post, thanks.

PDNAnimator (posts split from another thread)
yellowman replied to yellowman's topic in Plugin Developer's Central
@ midora, I am not sure if we should start a new thread to discussing your great plugin the PDNanimator, or just continue it in another place, so we don't spam Simon 's thread and confuse people between the two? -
Skullbonz Art Gallery - May, 5th- Train Set and more
yellowman replied to skullbonz's topic in The Pictorium
Great new stuff there, the wall, I like it, looks so graffiti to me, I think some displacement will make it even better, just a suggestion. The marble box is amazing, the textures on the wood and marbles are excellent, you are so very good at perspective, believe me it is just great like that, but I have only a tiny suggestion, of curse you don't need to implement it is just an idea, if you still have the PDN file with all layer, then darkening the the back part (the cover of the box) and make the back row of the marbles a little smaller than the front ones will enhance the depth/perspective very much. This image is my fave among them, because I am so fan of 3D effect. Well done mate. The skull it is so professional, and the tone of the blue is exactly my fave. And the other two abstracts are so nice as well, I just noticed that you can play with colors very well, you use Contradictory colors but they don't clash. BTW, I like the textures of marbles, and I have a tutorial of how to make a 3D glass orb, not sure if I have post it here, but you can see it here, I also like your feedback about it. -
How To Make Glitch/Hologram Effect?
yellowman replied to spazman44's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Dents Classic, gives you a very smilar effect like the 1st and 3rd pictures, find it in Ed Harvey Effects Archive To get the effect, increase the Amount in the Stretch tab, and adjust the Turbulence in the Details tab, you can play with all other options for more distortion.
