I am having this same problem. I love this program and was using it a lot but then we installed a new hard drive and when it came back on this program wasn't working. I've tried uninstalling it and it won't let me but it also won't let me open it and use it. When I try to install it again I always end up at fatal error. I REALLY love this program, what can I do??!!!! Oh, and I don't have a pdncrash file on my desktop either.
