Hi,
I am a beginner of paint.net.
I need normalize my pictures with the aim of uniform visage.
I have a lot of pictures with the identical palette 16 colors.
1) I need save the palette from one of my old picture into color_palette_file.
2) Then capture new dialog box.
3) Apply a saved color_palette_file to captured dialog box. The picture must use the nearest color from palette.
4) In the end save the picture as gif or png.
Does exist any plug-in to do that or I need the other program?
