  1. Thanks. Well, it was sort of today, but not binded or anything like a magazine would be, it's just A4 images on A3 paper, but it looks good on paper actually, stuff, I think, always looks a little different printed.
  2. Thanks, thats for my school folio, so I'm glad I've recieved compliments on t, I'll hopefully get a good grade for it.
  3. Well, more is up! The major update is done, new everything, sigs, large images and a new section for my newly finished magazine, which I did for school.
  4. That Brooklyn Bridge pic.... wow, perfectly taken, editted and nice text too. Ive been getting into photography myself a lot recently, but I don't think I've come up with anything like that...
  5. Wow, a really brilliant gallery, your work all seems really quite stylish. I especially like this sig, simple but very effective.
  6. That's exactly what I thought too! Man, I loved that when I was a kid...
  7. Well, older stuff for me, that was a few months ago, when I joined, the firts few sigs that I created (apart from my first which was atrocious), but in terms of my time here they're old. I think I've learned a bit since then, so I tend to seperate those from my current sigs, which I'm making at quite a speed. And thanks very much Zwicky, guess, we'll be keeping an eye on one another's galleries then. Though I'm probably going to do a small update this weekend, keep an eye out for that...
  8. Hmm, I wouldnt mind doing that 100 sig challenge thing to be honest, as I've said before. Also, I prefer the 2nd Houndoom sig, it seems to have a lot lets empty space than the original, however it doesn't have as much of a sense of heat, maybe... it's hard to say
  9. I love this one. They're all good, but the concept of this one just grabs me, I usually don't do art in that perspective, so it gets me thinking. I also really like your use of textures on numerous pictures. Very nice gallery.
  10. I think he means you have it skewed like it's italics or something, but the skewing should be in the opposite direction. I'd personally go to "Layer" > Rotate/Zoom. It's a very useful tool.
  11. Ahhh, I see it now. Yet again, really good photo manipulations, and of course that great but slightly dated picture of you on the last page. And you so should've put on an angry face for that pic with the chainsaw. The distortion would have made you look like an evil genius- with a chainsaw!! But yeh, I can appreciate the gallery more now, seeing the other pics.
  12. Though to be fair you are both amazing artists, one of the best matches ended up happening in the first round. I don't knwo who I wanna win, ahhhh.... both so good...
  13. That's why I never use flash, it makes the picture too white, and white data is pretty much irretrivable. Instead I adjust the ISO setting, whilst that adds more noise that can be smoothed out easier in post-production. Also the aperture could be adjusted, and if you have a steady enough hand you could reduce the shutter speed. Depends how good your camera is. Hope that helps for future photos, as for that one, all I could suggest is curves, like people have said before.
  14. The Houndoom one uses effects really well to convey heat, which I really like. Not as good as the suicine sig, but making another sig that brilliant would be EXTREMELY difficult!
  15. It's kind of safe to say- you are brilliant at photo-manips, who knows, maybe the best. I really the like concepts of the photo manipulations themselves, though I'm kinda surprised to only see 3 pics in your gallery. I'm sure you're busy though. Thanks for the plug-ins too!
  16. I love how recently you've really been experimenting with the tul shape of the sig, it's been getting me thinking to, of how the shape of a sig could be intergral to its design. I also really envy some of the lighting effects you've achieved. A really superb gallery, you have a nice style to your work too.
  17. Wow, thanks. Glad I may have given a spark of inspiration!
  18. Wow, you have to be one of the best abstract artists on the forum, it's all done so well.. and I love how your images that are focused around an object as well, liek the flower and people pics, I dunno what exactly it is, but they have a certain charm to them. Not to mention, the ammount of qulaity work you have here is amazing!
  19. Woah, I haven't commented here yet? I will now! I really like the abstract wallpaper, very nice use of shapes in general. Good work overall actually, you're a good abstract artist.
  20. You say that sig is the only one to have ever gained attention... surely not, that statue of liberty is absolutely genius!
  21. A really nice selection you have here. The only problems I really have are that firstly you stretch your images- to me at least, it looks really bad, just try to keep the image heights and widths at the same ratio as much as possible. Secondly some of them seem to not have an entirely great colour scheme, but that is definately more opinion. Other than that I really like some of the techniques you're employing here, that Overlord sig is brilliant, as is sig no. 12. Really nice stuff, hope to see more from you in the future.
  22. The new piece is brilliantly done, and it's a highly polished piece of work, like all your stuff. Keep up the great work!
  23. That battle rifle is REALLY well done. Nice work, hope to see this gallery expanding soon.
