I want them to look real yet cartoon-ish. You know like a bright realistic comic book chick. I hope this is family friendly. If not, here's another one: I'm a huge fan of cartoon realism (if that's not a true phrase then oh well); bright colors and dark smokey eyes. Just cartoon versions of pix that can still look very realistic.

I was just wondering how can you turn a regular picture into a pin-up styled picture. I want something that looks along the lines of the picture below. <> Or something that can look fifty-ish like this: Or this: What do I use to make these?
