Thank Crimson for comment, I have tried with the method you suggest before. Just want to find out anyway to speed up with my workload as I have a lot of screenshot need to be saved to compile in a user guide. Thank you guys for recommendation of the programs. I will try out soon.

Hi, glad to know you guys over here. I wonder whether this program has screenshot feature? It take little time to click a button, select the area of screen to be captured, and the program is able to automatically paste into a new document.
