hi is there anyway to change the default save from png to jpg, i know this may only be minor but when saving all my pictures it is one click less

is there a plugin or something where i can rotate a image in 1 or 2 degree. i do a lot of scanning and have a lot of trouble to get my old photos straight, if i could rotate by 1 or 2 degree it would be a great help i think paint shop pro 10 did it but i have lost my orignal
