I have a picture that I am making for my little brother, he plays on the neopets website and I am maing a graphic for him. It is a picture of a bird flying in the sky, and I wanted to put an image behind the clouds where the sky is now. How do I do it?

OK, in My Computer, i have two icons that show three bound books stacked on top of each other, Paint.Net and MakeColorTrans. I used the Paint.Net one to install PdN and when i double click the MakeColorTrans one, it just comes up with a lot of text that means nothing to me. What am i doing wrong?

OK, i have recently downloaded Paint.ne and i want to know this: when i make a rectangle, is there a way i can make it colored but transparent? Like tint it or something?
