I just downloaded paint.net v3.36 and did a little test to see if it would preserve EXIF data correctly. I editted an image and did a "Save As" to create a new image. I viewed the EXIF data using Irfanview and these are the results:

As you can see, there are a few differences in the first part of the data (like Software - Paint.NET v3.36), but that doesn't bother me. It's the data starting with "Maker Note" and after that is all messed up and incorrect after editting with paint.net.
Does anybody else see this as a problem?
