I have PdN v3.5.5 and the only version of Smudge that works is this one... copyright 2009, product version 2.3.3599.36650 To check this just right click on the smudge dll file, and click on the details tab. I have all of Pyro's latest plugins but had to keep this version of smudge.

I think you're right. Do you know where else I can get it? I downloaded it again and I got the same result.

Nope, it's not there, and how come it doesn't have a dll extension on it?

Thanks for the great compliment JD. The fractal program I use is Apophysis and nothing else. I pull all the fractal elements into PdN and do all the postwork in PdN including making the gold elements, lighting and shading. Thanks for taking a look at my gallery.

Don't be too quick to judge. This plugin has a lot of possibilites with a little imagination. Here's my quick test...

I've downloaded this plugin and put it in my effects folder but when I start up PdN and go through all the menus I can't find it. What menu is it in?

The Utilities window has this message though..... -------------- File: C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects\EOEffects.dll Effect Name: PaintDotNet.Effects.PDNOctagonal Full error message: This plugin is known to cause stability problems. What's up with that? Do I need to be concerned about it?

Evan's "Conditional Hue/Saturation" plugin doesn't work with PDN 3.5. Does anyone know an alternative plugin I could use?

New Wallpaper There's a matching Lady Bug clock to go with the wallpaper. I Got the idea from Helen's "Glossies." She has a great gallery.
