I downloaded the trial version of adobe photoshop elements and liked using the cookie cutters where I could cut out all sorts of shapes from my own backing paper with the design of the paper on the shape, is there any way I could make cookie cutters for the paint net program and how would I go about making them. Hi, I have just registered here hoping someone can help, I downloaded paint net but there is`NT any colour file, when I open the program It`s only black I can use with the brush. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again thinking that would help but the colour file still did`NT load. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. Mor
