I could not do the background where do I download reflect

Mine is frame's within frame's all made on paint net

after the black box I could not understand it as I am very new and just learning so I made this I know it is not good but I am just starting I made face using wingdings

I could not get it to go all the way :oops: but I tried I am very new to this paint net second try

I am new at this so this is only the second thing I tried I missed some layers could not get them to work but I am happy Thank you for showing me how to make it
