Hi Is there a water reflection tutorial as ive looked and i cant seem to find one. And im having no luck with trying to get it to work.I am new at paint net and just trying to do a couple simple things. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks in advance Lee

Im only new to doing anything with a photo editing tool and i just cant understand any of the talk. All i want to do is change 1 photo and i cant even do that even looking at tuturiols. People say to get plug ins what the hell is that? Not everyone is a computer wizz and people think beginners are stupid well yes i am d like to learn without getting put down for it.

Where do you get plugins im only new as well and would like to get rid of a background in a picture as well. This is all so confusing to me cannot understand any of it. Thanks Lee
