Hi, I made this one few week ago in base version Paint.Net v 3.31 without no plugins only with some effect like clouds, bulge, zoom and Gaussian blur, layers duplicating and blending. Colors are made only by curves. Unfourtunately I've forgot how exactly a made these 3 colors only by curves. I'll be happy if anyone tell me, how can i do it (or something similar) again. P.S. excuse my english, I'm from Czech Republic
